Although our most popular FMEA Training Offering is the 1 or 2-day Workshops, several options exist. C2C Solutions will customize any of our Workshops to meet our clients needs. Below is a brief description of our most popular offerings:

• 1-Day FMEA Workshop – Overview and Introduction to the FMEA Methodology. This introduction is primarily focused on teaching Product & Process FMEA's. Time can be devoted to “workshops”, where participants practice on projects. Participants will understand how to conduct an FMEA. (70% lecture and 30% “hands-on”)
• 2-Day FMEA Workshop – Learn the FMEA Methodology. This course is primarily focused on teaching all the steps in the FMEA methodology. Plenty of "Hands-on time will be devoted to “workshops”, where participants work on real FMEA Projects. Participants will understand advanced topics within FMEA and be ready to lead FMEA Activities. (50% lecture and 50% “hands-on”)
• FMEA Project Consulting – FMEA Coaching, FMEA Workshops, and FMEA Facilitation services available.
• FMEA T3 Program (FMEA Train the Trainer) - We will prepare your internal Black Belts / Facilitators / Trainers to become self-sufficient "Coaches" within your organization.
